Medieval tribalism
Reader comment on item: Islamism with a Human Face?

I like to remind Mr.Pipes that Islam can never be changed or will change.The adherents will stick to those tribal ways propagated for brain washing all the tribal generations of the adherents.Moreover there is no point in distinguishing those tribals into moderate and extremist tribals.Democracy is anathema to those tribals.Can anyone show me one democratic Muslim country in modern world? Only dictatorships.U.S.A teaches democracy to all countries in the world especially Soviet Union and China but not Islamic dictatorships in the Middle East because of black gold and armament industry.Is it not double standards?
