The Future Face of the Middle East will be the Risen Jesus 'Reader comment on item: Islamism with a Human Face? Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), May 28, 2014 at 13:42 When the name of the Jewish carpenter is employed in a way that subliminally subverts His original message, this piques this observer's curiosity on how apparently it is never out of vogue to impugn the Savior's name and reputation for the sake of making a point the Savior never intended to make. When making any connection between the Prophetic Jesus and the Islamic Prophet, the correct imputation is that it will always be adversarial; thus Jesus vs. Muhammed(sp). First, Judaism did not infiltrate the Roman Empire through Jesus; the Jewish leadership declared to Pontius Pilate that Caesar was their king when they repudiated their belief in Yeshua as HaMashiach. And to attribute Divine indignation of the mercantilism that infected the holy place of the temple as pedestrian violence misses the prophetic implication that Jesus reflected His Father's imperative that animal sacrifice cannot replace the requirement of obedience to the Father's will. Rome responded some thirty odd years later by the destruction of that holy place. Muhammed's rise to religious importance came, not in response to Rome's former dominance as a pre-Christian empire, but to the Romanized subversion of Christianized religion, a form of former (apostate) Christianity that was no longer entrusted to spread a true Gospel, but had adopted a perversion of conversion that would never enter the halls of heaven. Islam would have no trouble bringing trouble to the Christ-less theology that sought the Jewish capital with the same bloodthirstiness as Islam. This is what rages in Jerusalem today as the remnant Judaism of Israel today waits again for the Messiah. As for Egypt, it too will be made subject to Israel's future and Sisi, if still in power, will be required to bring sacrifices of praise to the Jewish Messiah, just as the rest of a world that did not follow the judgment of the Almighty Sovereign of Israel, and paid the ultimate price. There will be no democracy in the kingdom that Jesus inaugurated around two thousand years ago.
