Treason and Citizenship

Dear Dr. Daniel Pipes,

As you know, in the USA, Treason is a Capitol crime (punishable by death).

With that in mind, I wish to direct your attention to the recent march at the University of Michigan by "students" all carrying and waiving the Palestinian Flag while a woman carried a poster that read "THE ONLY SOLUTION." It appears that the media subsequently interpreted that to mean Nazi Hitler's "FINAL SOLUTION." But the me4dia failed to announce that these marchers were all Palestinians.

Instead of executing after trial these Genocidal Palestinians I propose that they be stripped of their American Citizenship (if the have it) and subsequently Deported to Gaza after a due process hearing of course.

The same goes for any Palestinians inside Israel or the other Disputed Territories besides Gaza. I think Israel will never want to annex Gaza as part of Israel. So Gaza is a "natural" place where Genocidal Antisemitic or anti-Zionist Palestinians should be Deported - after a due process hearing. There are currently a bit over 4,000 Palestinians in Detention; after serving out their sentence, they should be deported to Gaza after a due process hearing.

I suspect that the UN will invoke the Fourth Geneva Convention which allegedly governs such "population transfers." But Israel should argue that only Gaza will be non-Israelis for certain, and that the status of the rest of the Disputed Territories is unresolved. according to the Oslo Accords, and every country has a Right to punish those advocating Genocide, and/or Deport those committing Treason.

Even India should have a similar right - to deport Muslim Indians to Pakistan or Bangladesh, which were once parts of India when Gandhi was India's leader. Clearly, the purpose of forming these new states was to resolves the underling Hindu-Muslim conflict over national interests. Accordingly, Israel should demand a right to Deport Treasonous Palestinians to Jordan - because Englishman Churchill created Transjordan to appease the Palestinians; Transjordan subsequently changed its name to current "Jordan" ("Hashemite Kingdom of" top be more precise).
