Anti-Zionism and Anti-semitism is not what Islam follows.Reader comment on item: How Can Israel Win the Palestinian Conflict? Submitted by Prashant (United States), Jan 20, 2023 at 02:15 Dear Dr Pipes, There is a tendency in this forum to map the hate of (the so called) Palestinians toward Israel in terms of well known Western concepts like anti-semitism or anti-Zionism. Every Muslim in India and Pakistan hates Israel but I doubt that many Muslims in India and Pakistan know what semitism and zionism are. Islamic hate for Israel may very well just be driven by Quranic badmouthing of Jews or even by the run-of-the-mill Islamic resolve to consume every other religious way of living. History is the witness. In Pakistan, as in rest of India, there were tiny minorities in 1947. The Jain, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists all lived in the newborn Pakistan. Islamic hate for Hinduism due to polytheism can be explained. But, Islam did not spread a red carpet for any one else either. Person by person, all minorities were consumed by Islam. So, we might like to attribute lots of knowledge and intelligence to Muslims and assume that they are intelligent enough to practice Anti-Zionism and Anti-semitism but I doubt that such knowledge exists in Islam. Brute force destruction of everything non-Islamic is the name of the Islamic game. That might be going on in Israel.
