We need to directly blame Islam for the murders by Muslims

Dear Dr Pipes,

Reader Aharon cited yet another example of murders by Muslims in or around Israel. The onus of sorting out who or what within Islam is responsible for Islam's murderous culture, falls entirely on Muslims. Our onus is to just say it directly that either Muslims or Islam or both are responsible for the murders that the Muslims commit. Muslims may claim equal rights and benefits compared to others but as long as Islam does not provide concrete examples of freedom, respect for others, and democracy, Muslims are not equals. They are inferior. The people whom Muslims have killed throughout history belonged to better civilizations. Time to change and improve Islam has now come.
