Re-Conquer Gaza & Impose Social Engineer with Israeli Arabs & West Bankers

Dear Dr. Daniel Pipes,

You gave another excellent interview today here;

But you left it open as to how Israel is to impose its will on the Palestinians.
I propose that Israel re-conquer Gaza and impose a democratic government on Gaza that would be run by willing Palestinians under an Israeli Mandate for Gaza. Once Gaza is conquered only Muslims would be permitted to govern in and only if they accept that Israel is here to say.

I propose that Israel institute "social engineering upon Gaza. As Israel succeeded in creating a self governing state within Israel, so the Israeli Gaza Mandate will be to created in Gaza an Israeli supervised self-governing entity until it will be ready for independence.

How about it? A Mandate for Gaza administered by Israel? Would the UN approve such a venture? But Israel can start without the UN on the grounds of terrorism by Hamas.

PS: Of course, the Palestinian Authority hasn't had elections, and it is incapable, unwilling, or otherwise unacceptable in governing Gaza.
