Mansoor: You cannot ask Allah to forgive us. He does not allow any intercessionReader comment on item: Britain's Encounter with Islamic Law Submitted by Plato (India), Apr 18, 2008 at 08:50 Mansoor, you write: >>Bilawal, we can only say..."Allah forgive them and show them light of guidance"<< But Mansoor, how can you tell Allah to forgive us? Allah accepts no intercessors, except Muhammad. Ishaq Pg 326 "….I was given the power to intercede." These five privileges were awarded to no prophet before me." Allah even tells you that you cannot pray for your dear ones who are unbelievers (58:22). You are disobeying Allah by asking Him to forgive us. >> They have nothing to prove, neither Plato, nor Vishwas or anybody else. They are spitting out their hatred on the basis of disinformation and baseless allegations.<< What you dismiss as "disinformation and baseless allegations" are almost all from your sacred scriptures. You have not yet given a convincing answer to 9:111 except to say that it is contextual. I showed you it was not contextual just as 9:29 is not. You quoted Surah Al Fatah ( 48:1 YUSUFALI: Verily We have granted thee a manifest Victory:) which is almost wholly contextual (the battle of Uhud) to encourage Nuha to think that Allah is promising future victory. I showed you it starts with ‘…We HAVE GRANTED thee…' (not, we will grant) indicating it is referring to a past event. But you had no hesitation in using it to encourage Nuha. Read the two aya below which you claim are to be read in context. They are not talking about anything past. They are encouraging Muslims to fight, kill or be killed. The message any Muslim who reads it is clear. Is he going to search unreliable hadith and sira to convince himself that these messages do not apply any more. The Koran is the final authority and it is clear. The hadith and sira cannot abrogate the Koran. Who really is the ‘disinformer'? 9:29YUSUFALI: Fight those who believe not in Allah... 9:111: Allah hath purchased of the believers ….they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, …. >>You will be amazed to find that even if you give them clear cut reply...they pretend as if they found it irrelevant.... << You say that we pretend that your "clear cut reply" is irrelevant. What else can we do? Remember posting a link to Harun Yahya's site with all its boastful claims about science in the Koran. I showed you just one article out of the numerous on it which would have had any high school kid rolling on the floor with laughter at his claim that the heavens stretch only to about 500 kilometres above the earth. You also sent a link which you thought proved that western scientists had proven that women are more emotionally unstable than men to support Islamic laws that discriminate against women. The article said exactly the opposite. We do not have to "pretend" your replies are irrelevant. They are irrelevant. >>…many show themselves as champions and knowing Quran better than us...<< Mansoor, there is nothing to knowing the Koran. The Koran is a clear book,39:28, 26:192-95, a claim it makes for itself. It cannot possibly require great learning to understand it (except the allegorical ones, which only Allah knows which they are and what they mean) as it says it gives clear proofs. How can clear proofs given by Allah not be understood? Allah's claim of clarity in his proofs is false. Alternatively, all unbelievers are either total idiots or certifiably insane. Have you seen evidence of such mass idiocy or insanity in dar al harb? Maybe you do. Muslims are always on the prowl for conquest to cure our insanity by the cure-all medicine Islam prescribes, Sharia. >>…but in fact they are more ignorant because besides given ultimate signs and proofs they tend not to accept the truth…<< We are more "ignorant" because Allah says in several verses that He is the one responsible for keeping us ignorant (18:57, 17:97 etc). He has also sent Shaitan to misguide us. So all those so-called ultimate signs he has created like bees building hives all over the place, the sun chasing the moon, the rains etc were a waste of effort on Allah's part. Kaffirs accept the truth that Allah has put a veil over their hearts and there is nothing they can do about it. All that we ask is why we have to suffer for accepting Allah's will. Regards Plato
