Q8:41 and Allah demands to get 1/5 of the loot collected from infidles and more about free will in IslamReader comment on item: Islam in American Textbooks Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Jun 6, 2009 at 08:26 Our dear Shaji al-tablighee who quotes a corrupted book (the Bible) and another book (the Qur'an) that he cannot read in its primary language Arabic that is to prove a point! Go figure I wrote: Or could it be that your Allah wanted war so Muslims can collect the ghanima and he can get 1/5 of the loot colletced as per Q8:41 so which one is it? >Allah did not ask Prophet (peace be upon him) to kill people for no reason and to spread Islam. Really? then for the Nth time: how about ayat al-sayf? Oh your Allah says that Meccan pagans have one of two choices: either to convert to islam or be killed. Right? Then Islam was spread by the sword, at least in the case of the meccan pagans, though violence and this is why your Arab masters call Q9:5 ayat al-sayf or the sword verse! Then how come you did not know that? >Allah has given free mind to human beings and anybody is free to choose right from wrong. Really? then how about surat ibrahim aya 4 and surat al-kahf aya 101 and surat al-sajda 13? This is what the doctrine of al-qada' wa al-qadr is all about mr ignorant Your allah says in surat ibrahim aya 4 not just that islam is really the religion of the hijazi arabs only but he also says blah...blah...blah...fayudilu allahu man yasha' wa yahdi man yasha' Do you know what this means? it means the following: 1. Allah guides whom ever he wants 2. Allah does not guide whom ever he wants 3. This means that this life is all about al-qada' wa al-qadr 4. It also means that your bogus da3wa is against your Allah's will now do you get it? How come you did not know that? >This is Allah's rule of creation. Qur'an 76:3 says – "We showed him the Way: whether he be grateful or ungrateful (rests on his will). really so where do I find wa ina hadha mustanid 3ala iradatihu in the above aya? you will not find it and your claim is bogus >"Qur'an never said Allah does anything or everything. Well it seems that you are wrong as in the case of us human beings it is all about the no free will >But Qur'an said in 2:106, 2:109, 2:148, and in several places that Allah has the "Power over all things". So? For the readers: Our dear shaji is either unaware that the Qur'an a book that he cannot read in Arabic makes it very clear (see the above verses) that this life is all about pre-destination and that there is no free will in islam after all in the words of Qatada "how can we surrender to Allah if there is free will" but as usual we will always find contradictions in the Qur'an and indeed the following verse can be read as there is indeed free will in Islam and they: surat ibrahim aya 29 or Q18:29 and Q12:17. So what was the way out of these contraditions? It was the doctrine of al-nasikh wa al-mansukh or abrogation and it works as follows: later revelations would abrogate earlier revelations in the same subject matter and the best example is freedom of religion or ayat la ikrah fi al-deen or Q2:256 is abrogated by ayat al-sayf or Q9:5 and through the concept of Islamic ijma3 the ulama reached the conclusion that there really is no free will in islam and that it is all about pre-destination or al-qada' wa al-qadr which would mean 1. If we are infidles then it is Allah that decided that we are infidles 2. This aslo means that islamic da3wa will be against such doctrine as pre-destination 3. So when you get a tablighee "inviting" you to become Muslim remind him that da3wa is against Allah's will >Verse 8:41 says – "And know that out of all the booty that ye may acquire (in war), a fifth share is assigned to Allah,- and to the Messenger, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer,- if ye do believe in Allah and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Testing,- the Day of the meeting of the two forces. For Allah hath power over all things." So where did you get this translation from our dear shaji? let me guess: another wannabe arab like you? right? >Regarding Ghanima, Jabir relates that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "I have been given five things that were not given to anyone before me: I have been made victorious due to fear for a distance of one month's journey; the earth has been made a place of prayer for me--wherever and whoever of my nation wants to pray, he may pray; and the war booty has been made lawful for me, and this was not lawful for anyone before me. I have been given permission to intercede. The prophets used to be raised for their own people only, but I have been raised for all of mankind." (Bukhari and Muslim.) Our dear shaji why do you need some one telling me what the Qur'an says? after all I have the most celebrated saying about reading the Qur'an and it is: al-tafseer lel sahaba wa al-ta'weel lel ulama/fuqaha/jamee3 . Oh you can ask one of your Arab masters to tell you meaning of this sentence so if a certain jabir can pontificate about such aya then I can do the same. You? you do not know any Arabic remember mr ignorant? >Now let us see Bible Numbers 31:31-40 - Snip quotes from the corrupted (sic) Bible so you tell us ya ayuha al-falyasoof al-kabeer: 1. Why do you quote a corrupted book to prove a point? 2. How do you know that these verses were not corrupted? 3. And are you saying that if the god of the Bible says that it is OK to loot then why not the god of islam? pathetic indeed right? 4. And what gave you the impression that I care or even know what is in the Bible after all it is a corrupted (sic) book remember? 5. But again like all tablighees you are told to do things only in one way so shame on you and on your poor uncritical education >As we see from the above verses that the war booties were not only shared amongst the soldiers but also with the GOD OF BIBLE! . God of Bible got share of virgin women and sheep and cattle and donkeys and people! For the Nth time what gave you the impression that I care or even know what is in the Bible? >Taking booty is a means of responding in kind, gobbeldygook >because the Muslims there have had their wealth taken from them, Really? where? Did your ancestors the Hindus loot muslims?I did not know that! Did you ever read "1984" if not then you need to read it >their rights have been denied and their homes have been confiscated. Where? which homes taken away and rights denied of muslims that brutalized your Hindu ancestors ? You are a fake >So this is a means of restoring their rights and giving back that which has been taken from them. It is in the nature of restitution of their rights. I will leave this pathetic remark where you are justifying the absurd to the readers to judge you and judge your poor education >It was distributed toAllah and His Messenger, as it did not state for anyone in particular indicates that it should be spent to serve the common interests of all. A share for the relatives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) from Bani Haashim and Bani al-Muttalib. They are all equally entitled to it, rich and poor, male and female. 3. Orphans – those who have lost their fathers whilst they are still young i.e., before the age of puberty.4. The poor and needy.5. The wayfarer, i.e. travelers who are cut off and need money in order to get back home. Really? then let us read the aya: wa 3ulamuu innama ghanimtum min shay'in fa inna lelahi khumsa wa lelrasuli wa ladhi al-qurbi wa al-yatima wa al-masakeeni wa ibn al-sabeeli blah...blah...blah.. And here is trajamat al-lafz/kilma 1. wa 3ulamuu or and you know 2. innama means that 3. ghanimtum means you looted 4. min shay'in means from something 5. fa inna llah means for allah 6. khumsa means 1/5 7. wa lelrasuli or the messenger 8. wa al-ladhi al-qurbi or the relative 9. wa al-yatama or the orphans 10. wa al-masakeen means the poor (plural) 11. wa ibn al-sabeel or the son of the path (you can read this as wayfarer) And here is tarjamat al-ma3na and (you) know that whatever you loot 1/5 of it must go to Allah and his messenger and the relatives and the orphans and the poor and the wayfarer It is all in black and white that Allah gets 1/5 of the loot oh and he has to share it >Since the Prophet (peace be on him) devoted all his time to the cause of Islam, he was not in a position to earn his own living. Then how do we get hie share of the loot to him? And how can we get allah to collect his share of the loot too? >Hence, some arrangement had to be made for the maintenance of the Prophet (peace be on him) as well as for his family, and the relatives dependent upon him for financial support. Hence a part of khums (one-fifth of the spoils of war) was specified for that purpose. According to jurists, this share should be distributed among the poor members of the Prophet's family. Rightly-Guided Caliphs followed this practice. Why would allah demand that Muslims loot and why is the violence? and do you know what we do for those that loot? we put them in jail! So how can we get in touch with allah so he can get his share of the loot? Do you have his e-mail address? And I will do the talking >Muslims were the lords of Arabia for 1400 years. Oh your masters the Arabs! I rest my case >My masters are not Arabs.
