1. yaqtul, qatil, qatl or he kills, killer, and killing

2. yuqatil, qital, muqatil means he fights, fighting and he who fights

So you see darling the words kill and fight come from the same root and this is the genius of the root system of the semitic languages but careless tablitghees like you to them jihad and ijtihad and juhd become one and the same and that was your Arabic language lesson for today so did you get it darling?

Arab masters have no hesitation to tell us that jihad really means holy war and ijtihad really means striving to improve and it has a significant secular meaning so if your child let us say improve his gardes in school then he is a mujtahid now you can take this to one of your Arab masters darling and I know they will agree with me
