Here goes the band wagon again

Dear Dr Pipes:

In the form of reader Ali Akbar here goes again the 'Islam is the best religion' band wagon. When will these guys give up? Look at the richest and most famous people from the Islamic world. The children of every single Islamic dictator/leader --from King Hussain of Jordan to Hafez al-Assad of Syria to Mumtaz Ali Bhutto of Pakistan-- studied in the west. Most people make the best possible choices for their children. If Islam is the best religion, Islamic societies must be the best societies. Then why are these people choosing the west to send their Children to? Why would these people choose their children be raised among Kaffirs. Perhaps these people also, like so many others, are not true muslims.
