The mass of complacent MuslimsReader comment on item: The Evil Isn't Islam Submitted by Mortaryan (United States), Sep 11, 2005 at 15:41 The vast majority of Muslims who idly stand by and do and say nothing about the crimes of their coreligionists are as guilty as those so-called extremists, and for the most part are and complicit and empathetic (and pathetic) with their cause.Muslim can only blame themselves for their destitute political situation under, dictators, sheiks, Kings and Mullahs. The West (let alone the world) pumps trillions of dollars into the Middle East every year, and it is the fault of Muslims that allow their leaders to rip them off and rob them blind. To say the West is responsible for the situation in the Middle East is a lie, a cop out and scapegoating of non-Muslims (something not out of the norm for Muslims) for their own and the failure and shortcoming, and corruption of Muslims and Islamic leaders. How do I know...look at Iran, the people of any and every nation allow their leaders to do and be what they are, and if the people don't want it, then it doesn't stand, well in Iran they got what they wanted and now the Iranians, by and large, are regretting it. Muslims (and Arabs in particular) are complacent in there own oppression and denial of public and private will, because they've allowed their duplicitous Mullahs to blind them to the truth that it is not the west that disembowels them, but their own leadership who rapes them of their integrity and human rights, following Muhammad's "perfect" example. And these religious types would have absolutely no power had the colonial powers of England and France, on their withdrawal, established strong democratic nations based on cultural borders, and not allowed the division of India. That would have done two things; first allowed a national voice for people oppressed even before the colonial powers appeared on the scene, with strong reinforced central democratic institutions a national consensus based on compromise would have pacified political wings and religious extremist positions, and two, a Martial pacification of the Middle east in general, as there have been very few (if any) democratic nations that have started wars. And, for the apparently ignorant Muslim individual who is wondering why were talking about Islam and not the failings of Christianity and Judaism, that's because we are talking about…ISLAM…and not Christianity and Judaism. It is primarily Muslims around the world causing civil and political disruption, strife, and crimes even within their own countries. As well, I doubt the honesty of that post as I've seen this polemic tactic a million times from ignorant Muslims, who cannot defend their faith against the evidence now being presented by westerns, gathered primarily, and in some cases exclusively, from Muslims sources. But lets talk about the others in comparison with Islam. Although Jews have fought with other people it was always to defend their freedom and culture and independence and in general, Judaism teaches Judaism is the religion for Jews, but every righteous individual (a person who does good works) will have reward. Christians have often warred with others (for the most part among themselves) and have used their faith to sanction their struggles, but Christians twisted the meaning and message of Christ for self-justification. Jesus taught he who lives by violence dies by violence and that God is love and freedom, and that love of God is shown by the love one has for others, to look into the eyes of every other human being and see ones self. Mohammad taught the brotherhood of all believers and violent warring Muslims, being a special exemplary believer, and those do not "submit" (Al-Islam) to his teaching of Allah and ... the Koran, deserve slavery and or death. Any good in the Koran (if any more than but a few passages) are nullified due to the Islamic law of abrogation, which states any contradictory passage nullifies a preceding one, and by far all the later passages are the worst of the Koran and probably came from Mohammad's later monomania and self justifying power mongering. Allah is not Jehovah, Allah is not Jesus Christ, Allah is Not Brahman, Allah is not Krishna, Allah is not the Tao, Allah is not the Grandfather Spirit, Allah is not Ahura Mazda, Allah is not Zervan Akarana, etc… .... There can never be peace with the Arab, as the Arab language has no word for compromise, and the essence of peace (as democracy) is compromise.
