Four-State Solution: Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, & Iraq

Dear Daniel Pipes,

Persistently, I insist that the notion of "Victory" is vague at best, but worse because it's misleading regarding Policy, Strategy, and Tactics. So I intend to present alternatives, which also illustrate the non-Military requirements for Israel to prevail against its Philistine adversary and their Bleeding Hearst (a reference to Jesus Christ excluded).

With Trumps recent stopping of US funding of UNRWA, the immediate strategic question for Israel implicitly emerges: the Philistine Question again, regarding the 5,000,000 Philistine Refugees currently defined as distinct from all other Refugees of the world, including most recently,those that emerged out of the Arab Spring.

You, Daniel Pipes, are ideally suited and located to argue that the Philistine Arabs not only are Naturally and Nationalistically, but also, Historically, Religiously, and Culturally, already Physically Living exactly where they belong, and only lack Citizenship. This is also, obviously, a "Civilizational" (a term I know, you love) Solution. Of course,you might very well be accused of "Racism" - since that term has been vastly expanded in its Scope of Meaning by Liberals, the Left, as well as the Extreme Left and Radicals.

Obviously, one Tactical policy should be the demand be made by the (US) State Department that UNRWA be absorbed, or united with, the other UN Refugee organization which supports all the other Refugees of the World. In addition, it seems that the rest of the World is to a great extent responsible for this intractable Refugee problem since 1946. One aspect of this responsibility is the fact that it implicitly supported the view of the rest of the Arabs and Muslims of the World, that Israel would be either wiped of the map, or Diluted with the superior numbers and birth rates of the Philistines.
