"Victory" on the Plains and Fields of Education on American University Campuses

On August 27, 2018, Kenneth L. Marcus, [newly appointed by Trump] Assistant Secretary Civil Rights, re-opened a case at Rutgers University involving Anti-Semitism against its Jewish students [OCR Case No. 02-11-2157] [the PDF Letter is here]:

The matter involves Title VI prohibition against discrimination against ETHNIC groups (Jews?) on colleges and university funded by Uncle Sam [USA]. Most newsworthy, the Office of Civil Rights has adopted the "Working Definition of Antisemitism" - in full - as presented by the "International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance."

Here is an instance of "Victory" for Israel as the result of acceptance of the underlying substantial "EQUIVALENCE" Racism with Anti-Semitism, Anti-Zionism, and "Anti-Israelism" on the basis of ETHNICITY, not just RELIGION - it is to be noted that Jewishness was often viewed merely as reflecting Religious belief, and therefore only subject to the Religious Liberty provision of the US Bill of Rights (Constitutional Amendment). Now, with the adoption of the international definition of Antisemitism by the State Department, and the Office of Civil Liberties, Jewish people are recognized as a protected ETHNIC minority, no less so than, say, African Americans are. This is the work of the VICTORIOUS "Zionist Organization of America." It is another instance where all Israel had to do, more or less, "sit back and enjoy the American show":
