On the "So-Called State of Palestine" by John Bolton

Dear Daniel Pipes,

During WWII, General MacArthur command was in the Pacific and the Asia front,while Ike military jurisdiction was in the Atlantic and in Europe. Similarly, in the War among Israel and its numerous and diverse adversaries, the "Fields of Battle" are divided between Bibi and The Donald.

Significantly, the most dramatic events, for "Israel's Victory" are occurring under the jurisdictional command of President Trump, particularly so under his agent, JOHN BOLTON:

In the same article (above) it is also revealed that the US will withdraw from the 1950 Amenity Treaty with Iran.

This is all CONSISTENT with Trump's "Make America Great Again." During the Wilson administration, the US refused to join the League of Nations because it refused to assign any of its Soverign powers to another entity. In the current administration, the International Court of Justice is viewed as a POLITICIZED institution, so that Uncle Sam refuses to submit to its jurisdiction now.

"Israel's Victory," I predict, will begin to express itself by interpreting the UN Resolution 242 (1967). In particular, Israel has already mostly "withdrawn" from the territories "occupied" by the 1967 war - it "left" the Sinai Peninsula, as well as the Gaza Strip.

Israel's next move (after 2 or 3 months) will depend on Trump's "Deal of the Century." And then,the "Jordan Is Palestine" thesis will be "Reincarnated." There are two, interconnected, grounds for it re-surfacing. (1) "Palestinians" in the West Bank were Citizens of Jordan (as far as Jordan was concerned) when Jordan occupied it at the end of belligerency (war) in 1949, and Israel's Easter Border hasn't yet been defined, and (3) the question of Palestinian Refugee Status, Citizenship, and Residency Rights have not yet been solved. The only viable physical and legal place where Palestinian Arabs can reside is Gaza and Jordan, or the West Bank - but with Israeli Sovereignty (except for the Al Aqsa Mosque) but Jordanian Citizenship for Palestinian Arabs in the West Bank; in other words, Palestinian Arabs can continue to live in Israeli Judea and Samaria as Residents, but the would have Jordanian Citizenship. In this way, Israel will remain a Democracy because the Political rights only will fall under the Jordanian State cover. This all means a De Facto Confederation with Jordan (with Israel as "Partner").

As you can see, this is a RESURRECTION of the JORDAN IS PALESTINE Thesis. The obstacles to this are mostly, or essentially three (3), but not insurmountable: (1) Hamas, deemed a Terrorist Organization by the US & the EU, (3) the aging (83 year-old unpopular and un-re-elected Autocrat, Abbas, and (3) the relatively weak King of Jordan, who rules over 70% Palestinian demographic, in spite of the regimes victory (1979-1981) in the Black September "war" orchestrated under Arafat's Revolutionary Reign over the Palestinian cause.
