Outside In Strategy - the Case of the Sultanate of Oman

Dear Daniel Pipes,

You've expressed yourself in regards to proposing an explicit Strategy for an Israeli Victory that your omission in not doing so was because you're not an Israeli "General."

My objection to that is that, as in the American System of Government, such Strategies are Military, so they shouldn't me made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces, but by the Commander-in-Chief, who is a Civilian, namely, the Elected President of the United States of America. Accordingly, it isn't a Military matter, but a Political one. Accordingly, you are aware of course of the German aphorism that "War is Politics by Other Means. And as too such "other means" I formulate explicitly here the notion of OUTSIDE-IN, by which I mean "War" (primarily non-violent, I'm reversing the Metaphor) with Everyone Else, Except the Palestinians, who are to be essentially Ignored, or as if they have no legitimate institution (such as Hamas, and its henchmen, or the term-expired Abbas of the PA, PLO, etc.).
