False Information on India from Self Styled Historian Amin Riaz

Islamic history in India is bloodiest story in human civilisation which will make holocaust look like a picnic. Muslims citing koran and hadis, killed millions of people, enslaved many, destroyed temples in 1000s. To escape rape by muslims, numerous Hindu women committed suicide. This happened as late as last century.

Amin has alluded to castes. Castes is nothing but tribes in another paradigm. Every caste tends to be proud of its heritage. Untouchability is over in India. It is prohibited by law. Someone that belongs to a tribe considered untouchable, couple of centuries ago is the democratically elected head of India's largest province. And she was voted in by the tribe (caste) considered highest in the pecking order, the Brahmins.

It is incorrect to mix up religion with caste/tribal heirarchy. We know what happens in islamic pakistan, when a muhajir man loves a pathan girl or a lower status (tribe/caste) man tries having relationship with a higher caste girl, though both the girl and boy follow the islamic faith. The boy and/or girl get killed. I dont think when it comes to Islam or christianity, one will blame the ideology; such illogical insinuation is hurled at Hinduism. Hinduism is a non-monolythic entity. The concept of Jealous God (My way, only right way) is absent. God is very personal and subjective. One can represent and perceive God through an image (including female form) one is comfortable with. Which is why you will find the beliefs of two orthodox Hindus very different.

In Hinduism there is no institutionalised discrimination. This is unlike islam, wherein Koran explicitly states that the status of woman is inferior - evidence of two woman muslims is equal to that of one muslim man. Islam also explicitly states that non muslims are inferior to muslims.

During the islamic occupation of Indian subcontinent, under duress, to escape Jizia many Hindus and Buddhists did convert to islam. As recently as last year, muslims in Pakistan blew up an ancient Buddha icon. The absence of any ancient temples in North India, Pakistan and Afghanistan can be directly attributed to islamic violence.

India gained nothing from islam except poverty and darkness; muslim personalities in India are able to contribute because of the Hindu environment that encourages fine arts and culture. They are able to make contribution in spite of islam, not because of it.

Amin has pretended that islam's entry in India was a peaceful event. The invasions both from Arabs and Turks were bloody. The pathans resisted for over 100 years. In Punjab, Hindus had to organise themselves martially to face Islam.

Professor Durant writes in History of Civilisation Volume 1 "...the Islamic conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precious good, whose delicate complex order and freedom can at any moment be overthrown by barbarians invading from without and multiplying from within".

There are many authentic sources such as the Firmans (edicts of muslim emperors) that highlight the inferior status of Hindus and how through coercion, they converted Hindus. Apart from Professor Will Durant, one can also read the works of Arun Shourie, Konraad Elst, Francois Gautier, Sitaram Goel, David Frawley and Sitaram Goel.

Moinuddin Chisti, Nizamuddin Aulia, Sheikh Ahmed Sirhindi, Aurangzeb remain pious muslims that were tyrants towards non muslims and used islamic rule to convert Hindus through inducements, lies, deceit, threat of violence and terror.

In north India, Hindus had to organise themselves as a military movement to take on islam and stop conversions.

Numerous attempts by well meaning individuals to moderate islam have failed. The mistake that Hindus made was not realise that islam is a totalitarian imperialist ideology that masks itself under the garb of religion and insults God.

As far as Hindus are concerned, because of linguistic and cultural kinship they have historically been friendly towards pakistanis and bangladeshi people. FASCIST IDEOLOGY OF ISLAM HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE BARRIER FOR DETENTE between Hindus and muslims.

Western world will be foolish if they dont learn lessons from history and from what fascist koran and hadis say. Tolerating intolerance is foolish even if intolerance masks itself as a religion as in the case of islam. We dont want islamic dark ages foisted on us.
