Echoes of the Ancients Telling Israel's Future Out of the Ashes of Western Civ.

In continuing to sort out decades of study in which theories abound as to how the Gospel ever survived the original transmission of the apostles and associated disciples from the first century CE; for by the third century CE, the message had morphed into many forms and the farther the message got away from the original authors the less and less the true meanings were understandable by the populations they were intended to reach. Further, the issues, as we had mentioned before of non-Jewish believers being able to minimize the Jewish influences of the Gospel began to make more sense as successor messengers took on more of the issues of the 'Judaizers' written about in the letter to the Galatians.
Your mention of Arabs coming under pre-Islamic 'Christian' influences and the language they understood was Aramaic/Syriac prior to the Muslim influences of Islam, brings closure to the idea of why Islam became successful as the replacement theology in the region; and also brings a sense of the influences of Mystery Babylon that the Middle East appears religiously susceptible to when confronting modern 'Christianity.'
It also speaks to the isolation that Israel faces as it is in contention to become the anvil upon which Western Civilization is used to bring about Israel's final revival. Having brought about the idea that the ancient Aramaic tongue of the ancient scriptures makes all of this more in focus: who knew!
