CURMALLY: Murdering critics of the Prophet is sunnahReader comment on item: Dueling Fatwas Submitted by Plato (India), Oct 13, 2010 at 22:04 Hello Curmally, you write: >>My teacher was a Hindu and I learned trading from him.<< If you also had learned something of his religious values, especially those enshrined in the Gita, you would have got a good counterpoint to the Koran. >> I have eaten at his home met his family and run chores for him.<< What is the big deal here?? And did you remember this verse when you ate from his home and reject meats he offered for fear of another of Allah's senseless taboos: 006.145 YUSUFALI: Say: "I find not in the message received by me by inspiration any (meat) forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be dead meat, or blood poured forth, or the flesh of swine,- for it is an abomination - or, what is impious, (meat) on which a name has been invoked, other than Allah's". But (even so), if a person is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- thy Lord is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. >>We were taught humility first and then anything else.<< The Koran not only teaches that Muslims are a cut above kaffirs i.e. Hindus but that infidels are unclean. Do you remember these verses: 003.110 YUSUFALI: Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors. 009.028 YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All-wise. Why should Muslims be humble when Allah has given them such a superior status compared to poor indidels like us who are unclean? >>I was educated in a Missionary schools and studied the Bible and the Gospels and the Acts of the Apostle Paul. We, in Pakistan tend to leave all faiths alone until provoked by them or if they insult the Quran e Karim or the Prophet Mohammed. tell me is it too much to ask for that?<< If you did read the Bible then you would have learned that Jesus is the Son of God and if you read the Koran you would have realized that Allah has demoted Jesus to a mortal and a mere carrier of messages for Him. That is certainly an insult delivered to Jesus by the Koran. Now is it too much to ask that verses demoting Jesus to a mere human be excised from the Koran? >>Incidentally, it is not a veiled threat but as threat. If not me then my sons or my grandchildren or any amount of generations down the line, will avenge the insult.<< Spoken like a true Muslim. Kill, maim for the mercy to all mankind, Mohammed and his Koran. After all he is the slave to whom Allah Himself sends salutations. The reason you want to send your future generations to avenge perceived insults to a long dead man, supposedly beloved of Allah Himself, is because your forefathers and your moulvis also probably drummed into your head that Allah will reward you if you kill people who insult His favourite prophet. It is a sorry god indeed who has to instigate his mortal minions to avenge insults to his prophet. Allah is good at issuing blood curdling threats in the Koran. But the prophet knew that he would have to depend on his own sword and that of his followers to silence his critics. And his minions are being sent on their deadly missions by Mohammed even to this day from his grave. As to avenging insults real and imagined to Mohammed, Muslims have been doing that for 1400 years as it is the sunnah of the prophet himself. He regularly sent his henchmen to murder men and women who spoke against him. Do you need names? >>We don't insult you or your beliefs and expect you the same from you.<< That is a joke. You pray with words that are insulting to the beliefs Christians, Jews, and Pagans. Jesus reduced to a lowly human. Jews being turned into apes and pigs. Pagans called dumb animals. Are we not justified in doing the same to you? The only ones who retaliate are normally on the fringes of our societies and when that happens all hell breaks out in both Muslim and non-Muslim countries. >>Be sure about what I have said.<< That is one thing we can depend on Muslims to do i.e. carry out their threats of mayhem if your beloved prophet is criticized. Muslims have been doing it for 1400 years. Reminders are superfluous. Regards Plato
