You will notice you say we in regard to the Grand Mufti of Palestine. Why did you not say the Palestinian Arabs were colonized by the British. You seem not to have read my reply.

You should have given an example of my worked up reply. But you sound worked up about what you consider is disrespect to Mohammed even though what we point is all there in the Koran, hadith and sira. We did not invent those stories about the doings of your prophet. If Mohammed wanted respect he would have respected people of other beliefs.

To what extent are the Kashmiri Muslims trying to rise up and breakaway? And over several decades the number of dead (Pakistani infiltrators, Indian forces and demonstrators will not amount to a fraction of Aramenians massacred. Check the numbers.

You have been on this blog before so you will know that the threads can sometimes go off at a tangent. You should not be surprised that an article on fatwas goes off to comments on the crusades. This blog is all about Islam, Muslims, Middle East etc. so you should not be surprised. This happens with other articles posted here.

So what is the nonsense you are getting from me. Please spell it out or point to any of my replies as evidence.

So what brought on my arse into the picture? This is not a sign of a calm and polite person. Respect is not a one way street. The person who expects respect must also give respect. I have been pointing out to you that Mohammed showed contempt and disrespect for us infidels. Why do you think we should respect such a person. The disrespect we show is a direct result of the disrespect we find in Islam for us. No disrespect has been shown to you as a person by me. Show me where in my posts. Your constant on respect for your religion and Mohammed reflects the deep insecurities you have about your religion (claiming to be one thing but acting entirely) and the Prophet (the Insan al Kamil behaving exactly the opposite of one). I find followers of no other show this kind of insecurity flying off at the handle at the slightest criticism.

Your prophet is long-dead public figure. He insulted the holy symbols of his Arabian brothers and of the Jews and Christians. Why do you want to come to the defence of such a person? The religion he created is full of insults delivered to all idol worshippers and Jews and Christians.

What worries us the way Islam tries to determine OUR future. It wants Muslims to fight us until we become Muslims or pay a humiliation tax. The spirit of Islam is one of domination and submission. We cannot tolerate domination or submission like a slave to any religion or its god.

Maybe you did not see it. But the Danielpipes article is a broadside against against what he calls Islamism with its drawing of Mohammed and other cartoons lampooning some of Islam's foibles. Do you want me to make a comment on the cartoon's likeness to Mohammed to keep to the contents of the article?

First time I have heard this. I have not read any Indian commentator on this blog or any other using the word Porky for a Pakistani (Paki, maybe). We do say miah though. You may be aware of how Pakistanis refer to Indians. We are nation of polytheists and believe there is divinity in everything. So if you call us snakes or dogs or whatever it is no big deal, we won't even wince.

There is divinity even in bhaji palak or a tight dhoti. Go right ahead and have fun calling us names.

Actually I don't have a religion so your question is pointless. I live among people who go to temples, churches and mosques and they know I am an atheist. They have no problem with that. I wonder what would happen to me if I declared I am an atheist in Pakistan, the land of the pure.

The broad purview of this blog is Islam and everything connected with it. So if you can't stand the heat of debate nobody is stopping you from leaving the blog.

Nobody will stop you from going. It is easy to make you leave this blog. Just tell the truth about Islam and Mohammed and you are gone!
