In his 'final reply' to GIK , Mr Curmally writes:

You have not answered virtually any of the questions put to you.That does not surprise me really but I would like to know your definition of the word 'worship' - when you claim muslims do not worship a dead arab. as I pointed out:

.......... muslims all around the world continually make statements such as 'We have to obey Muhammad (S) and love him more than ourselves..' and 'We Love Our Prophet MUHAMMAD(PBUH) Even More Than Our Lives' , '.. We love Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) more than our family and lives.' - These people do not share your insight and have got it all wrong???

That sounds a lot like the definition of the English word 'worship' to me - or are you going to quibble about semantics? If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck.....

So you agree that he is dead - do you not? Do you agree that he cannot hear you? Or see you? Or see if your write pbuh after his name?

but what about Mo (usually we see pbuh, swt , after mention of this person don't we?) ?

You've bought heavily into the muslim/infidel us/them tradition.It would be ENTIRELY irrelevant if the woman was a muslim or not. What qualifies her for being the beneficiary of kindness was the fact that she was a human being - with a highly evolved central nervous system capable of experiencing real pain. Any sane and decent person would intervene and stop such barbarity if they saw it being perpetrated. Mohammed DID NOTHING to stop the abhorrent practice of FGM - either at that moment - or , using his influence over his tribespeople - at a later date. Your butt's been blown off now.

You think because I CAN distinguish between belief and truth - that I should not say so? Keep it quiet eh? Let the BS continue - let things go on the way they have always gone on - and no one will be disturbed. Yes - I'm sure you'd like that. Unfortunately for many muslims - the realisation that they live in a changing is a little too much for them. hence the anger and frustration that things cannot continue the way they have world. The question really is - why do you not recognise the distinction between belief and truth? is it because you think you already have the 'truth' - which automatically precludes you from deeper realisation.

I can tolerate ignorance to a point - but not deliberate ignorance. For example I would not burst a 5 year old child's bubble about Santa Claus. Yes, probably a foreign concept for muslim children

You mean - make sure the ignorant man you are talking to is not also talking to an ignorant man? That would be the blind leading the blind wouldn't in a sense. If someone does not share your beliefs - that does not make them ignorant. It only makes them ignorant of your world-view. And in the end - you are the ONLY person in the world with your worldview - your mythology.

I'm sure you'd be a lot happier if you thought you were communicating with someone who believes that buraks ever existed, or that Jinns exist in washrooms, that the Jews should not be living in Israel etc . That Mohammed was a 'prophet' etc etc . But you're not. That doesn't make me ignorant - it just says I do not hold your beliefs. For many muslims that makes me a second rate human being automatically. In some countries I would be maimed or killed for expressing such beliefs.

Muslims should wake up to the fact that 5 billion people are like me in this respect. And will never change - no matter how much huffing and puffing they do while trying to blow our house down.
