more on the warm fuzzies**addressing the instant I LOVE YOU

Everyone has said "Beware of the I love you when it comes quickly". Maybe what I should share is that I caught it too, when it was said and questioned it not only with myself but with him as well and even his friends and sister. His sister said "my brother does not play with the feelings of a woman" His friends said "he is a very nice person and does not lie". He said "it is my nature" That one struck home because I have fallen quickly for others in my past as well. It is also in my nature. Add this to the fact that I am the only woman that any of his friends seen him with and the only woman his has brought home, kind of makes me think that this exclamation could be real.

If he only kissed my ass every time we spoke or got into an arguement, then that would really raise a flag for me. I am a very warm and loving person but I also have a fiery temper. My ex husband said that he really loved me but I could also be very bitchy and demanding. My Moroccan has also experienced this side of me. When he has, I did not get lip service from him, I basically got it right back from him.

There were a few times when he just threw up his hands and said "fine, no marriage" or "do don't come if you do not want this". Last night I said that when things were well between us, we are fantasic with each other but when things are not well we are explosive. I asked him if he thought our relationship could survive our tempers. His response was, it is normal. No one can be well with another always. But my temper is very hot, I said not many men can live with this. His response was, no it is normal. So does not mean my firey Irish temper is at par with an Arabic temper? What I think is important is not so much how quickly our tempers can flare but how we are with each other when it happens.

There has been no slander or insult thrown about, which is very important. When the heated moment is over, that is just it...it's over. That part I like. He does not dredge things up and put it back on the table. If I try to go back to it, he gets pissed and says, we have dealt with that why bring it back. If I insist that there is an area that has not cleared up for me, he says ok but I can tell he is not enjoying going back over it again but he sits listens and comments.

Still think I am being scammed?

In regards to him thinking that setting me up with his friends Canadian woman is a great idea has been addressed. I asked where she is from and was told Montreal. Uh oh, I thought...does she speak English? No, French and a little English.Great I said, how is this good for me? The 3 of you speak French and I only speak English. His response was, it is the same as you and I (him French speaking and me English speaking) and we still are able to talk. Yes, I said but we are on the internet and use a translator if we need to. Anyways to sum it up, I said that I appreciated him thinking that I would like to have a friend there but I am there to be with him.

If he wants to go to the GYM because he does not want to waste the monthly fee and only go for 2 hours for 3 days per week, then fine. But the best time to go, is when my son goes down for his nap. This way he is not taking time away from me because I have to stop my day anyway for my son to have his rest. It was agreed. I went onto to say that I am happy to speak with this woman (to whatever extent that maybe) but I do not require a babysitter when he goes to the GYM. I may want to use that time to rest or cook/bake or maybe even clean up a bit.

Heck I might even just want to bask in the sun, read a book and have a drink or two and chill out. He was not happy about about it but said, it is my choice and as I want. What I think the reality is that he and his friend thought that they could go to the GYM together and not have to worry about leaving the women alone. That we could keep each other company in their absense. Make sense I guess. Geesh...maybe I really am a b... aftter all????
