What you do is this - get them to reveal they want the green card, then make them angry so they say something violent against americans ( and trust me they do hate anyone not muslim ), then report them them to the american agency that looks out for these con artists/potential terrorists so that they won't ever come and let the guy know they're on the watchlist.

I got my husband's name on the watchlists for all the major developed countries, including all of the EU countries by using my talent for revenge :)
