Reply To No PityReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by For A Dear Friend (United States), May 9, 2010 at 19:05 Well this is one angry person's opinion, someone that seems a bit heartless, bitter, and uncaring. It is ignorant to think that Islam is such a common religion, so common, that every person in the whole wide world should have a proper knowledge of it. I think most American or Westerners only know by what the movies show and when these women meet these men, the men lie so much, it's hard to the real truth. Perhaps these women should have guarded themselves more, researched more before they decided to "love" a man that presented himself so genuine but in reality, was just a whore, thief, criminal, scammer. I guess all those people that are held at gun point, should have known better than not to walk into a predator's territory, as well as that little girl that was just playing on the side of the road. It's all their fault if something bad happens to them right? Afterall, they should have known better that there are bad, evil creatures that lirk, just waiting to prey on the weak. But...by the time these women do get a proper understanding of what this religion represents, they are usually already in over their heads. I for one will not condone any man's action, no matter what religion, race or creed, for abusing , stealing and acting ruinuously towards women. These men are cowards, it's why they can't go about their lives honestly. It's time to stop condoning their actions and start helping these women to protect themselves better. Make others aware of what these men can do, then others will not be so susceptible to being used like the women of the past. And remember, no one's perfect. The man who wrote no pity, I am sure you have done something really stupid and ignorant in life time that you wish you could change. We all make mistakes but when a mistakes or errors in judgement can be avoided, we should do what we can to help. I am here to relay a message. I have a friend that suffers immensely. The man she is trying to get away from will not leave her alone. She met him here, already in the USA and he played on her children's emotions to get to her when she decided to have nothing to do with him. Now that she wants no part of him he abuse her almost on a daily basis. Up until today they were working together but thankfully she was strong enough to walk away from her job that was being ran by an Egyptian man that would never do anything to protect her. He worried more for his business than for her wellfare. What if she was killed? The man that she's constantly trying to keep away broke into her home, kicked her in the back while no one was looking, bashed into the back of her car while she was driving. He has gotten a harrassment charge about three weeks back. He was caught in public while pulling her hair and forcing her into his car right infront of a parking lot full of people and a police officer. Since then, he's started making it a point to do things where no one can see so he won't get caught. They've had to work together up until today. While on the job, he kicked her mirror off her car as the owner's wife watched and did nothing about it. She said it would be bad for business to call the cops and just had him replace the mirror. He stole 40 dollars out of her purse yesterday, he's even taken her cell phone. He harrasses her constantly, waiting in his car when she returns home, watching her and her children. Stalking and scaring her. This has been going on for over a month and even though she's made it clear she wants no part of him, he just won't stop. Of course he blames her when anything bad happens, the harrassment charge was her fault uh, even though he was the one forcing her against her will. She never approaches him or causes problems with him but he constantly harrasses her. Now tell me kind sir, if she shows up dead, will you still have no sympathy? At least she was strong enough to quit her job today even though she needs the money. Women, if you think your man is different. You wouldn't imagine how this one man acts . He, like the rest, can be so adoring at first but look what he's turned into. A stalker that makes her fear for her life. To hurt someone is not love. These men are not raised to treat women well obviously and you will always be the blame when they feel humiliated. This man is a complete jerk that can't just stand down. He is the kind of man we read about in the paper, who we think is crazy. Just remember the risk you take, it can be a huge one. Yeah there can be crazies everywhere but these men seem more bent on thinking they should have the power to control women because, let's face it, they were raised that way. They think it's their right!
