I think the biggest issue between the Christians, Muslims and Jews is in the account of Abraham and his sons Ishmeal and Isaac.

Really? the Jews and Christians care about who is the subject of the sacrifice in Islam? since when?

The issue if Ishmeal is the first born and is to be given the inheritance of the first born. Ishmeal is the line or the Muslim faith. In the Torah, Old Testament are in instances unclear dates and timing of how old Ishmeal was when he was cast out with his bondwoman mother Hagar. I believe the Quran has a different account of Ishmeal being an infant and The OT sounding as though he is an infant but the time line shows him to be as old as seventeen which does not make sense in the story.

How come you did not know that? as a matter of fact al-Tabari makes it very clear in his التاريخ he has no clue

For the readers: The subject of the sacrifice was indeed a big debate among early Muslim historians and the subject was not fixed until the 11th century CE or some 400 years after the death of Muhammad the so called rasul and this is indeed what Mohamed Heykal says in his book The Life Of Muhammad page 25:

The Qur'an does not mention the name of the subject of the sacrifice and Muslim historians disagree in this regard

All of those practices minis the not patting or being liked by dogs is in the Old Testament. Christians eat pork and worship idols made of wood and metal.
