u didnt really get my point. i was trying to tell u tht it is not easy to translate the Quran or understand it.you cant just take any verse's literal meaning and follow it blindly. u have to see the Ayats before it or after it. u also have to see y,when,and where it was revealed.
Here is a part of my previous comment: i have written important words in capital letters:

"Quran is written in Arabic and many MISTAKES are made while TRANSLATING it. Plus many words are used FIGURITIVELY and not LITERALLY. And many verses should be quoted with the verses BEFORE and/or AFTER them to know fully and correctly wot God wants from Muslims. And yes many ppl muslims as well non-muslims misunderstand Islam. They dont know the history of Islam and wot it requires of muslims."

in any language, 1 word could hav many meanings and many words could have 1 common meaning. your translation of ayat 23-14 was wrong so i wrote wot i knew. there are many "errors" in the Quran but for all of them there is some answer, I gave u three examples in my previous comment. There is an answer to this one as well and im trying to find it out.
