Are you kidding me ?

I know it all sounds stupid ! What can I do I know it's wrong I'm just so scared to lose him ! I'm a strong person but I'm brainwashed truly I am I think.! My head says to me stop lorna he doesn't care but I'm so sad I believe his lies !

I'm not on the flight yet and I'm starting to think.i will not go on it ! I just need to close it all down so he can't get to me but I have horrendous panic attacks when I think.about losing him ..sometimes he's blocked me to punish me and I get myself into such a state ! Please help me get out of this !

I'm crying looking at all your comments telling me not to go ! I'm scared to go and scared not to !my head is a mess and im probably on self destruct course ! I miss my mum so much ! I'm sorry to make you all angry and disappointed in me
