He used you and is ignoring you. Still thinking of converting???

Dear Eli,

Please, listen what I'm about to tell you. I don't mean to sound harsh but this man has fooled you. Firstly, a Muslim man in his late 30's is already married. About his citizenship he could be lying too unless you saw his passport.

Secondly, once you flew, he ignored your messages. However, you kept insisting and he replied with lame excuses. Can't you see that he is not into you anymore as he got what he wanted from you already? If he wanted to marry you, believe me, he would be chasing you relentlessly.

Lastly, no one NO ONE can love another human being that quick. Love needs time to develop and flourish. It was attraction and that's it. Marriage has to be based on much more than infatuation.

Converting? For a man you barely know and who is also ignoring you and/or giving you lazy replies? Read our lists about what means to be a Muslimah, please. Read thr Qur'an and the Sunnah and then make an informed decision about what you're getting into because it is not like Aladdin fairy tale. Religious beliefs must come from your heart, not for marrying someone. Islam is much more. It is a living style which impacts greatly, and negatively,your life if you don't enter into it with full heart.

Good luck, take care and find a closer man, good-hearted. You shouldn't need to change for a man. Please, keep in mind we have been very hurt and we know what we are talking about really well. We are here only to warn women before it is too late and come here again to ask us how to get divorced. Save yourself all the nightmare.
