I know from experience with my husband (Moroccan) that he could keep up the "nice" act for long periods of time, as well as his family. They can be nice if there is something in it for them. Lola says she has a terminal illness - well, hello! Of course he and his family are going to be nice! They know it won't be long. Her husband will inherit her assets, and then be free to marry whoever he wants. I realize this is a terrible assumption to make, but it was the first thing that jumped out at me. Then, you mentioned what she had posted before. Of course, I don't know all of the details, and of course, I could be wrong.
