Thank you, AnneM for your accurate delivery of the Gospel of salvation. "For by grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; and not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9

I'm afraid the comments I wrote were written while I was slightly irritated and not a little frustrated, and while what I wrote was accurate, perhaps the delivery was a tad abrasive. Thankyou for helping me re-focus on what should be the priority, to clearly present the gospel when the opportunity presents itself.

You are also absolutely correct with regards to what our responsibility AFTER salvation is - to learn and apply the Word of God to our lives, and in so doing we glorify God. We can only love Him because He first loved us.

Your reply lifted my spirits, thankyou, and I will try to remember, as David once said, "The battle is the Lord's"!!!
