I would like to give you reply on your various points raised regarding verse 9.29 translation of which is quoted in full down here

Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Messenger have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

These are purely wartime instructions why are you using these verses to malign others; mind????

One thing is to be cleared here. The universe and everything in it is Allah's property and he has full right to implement law of his choice and acceptance. We call Allah as very and kind and very merciful because besides having so many disbelievers on this earth, he has still got it intact in one piece. He never subjected his gifts to only one community. He has awarded food, air, water, resources etc. etc. to every person on this earth, whether a believer or non believer. But it is his full right to implement his rule on this earth through his true believers.

You can have complete tafsir about the verse you quote on the above link. I expect that the tone of the Tafsir would flare you up but this cannot change the reality.

For Women you said the laws are not justified

For Women the share in inheritance it is a clear logic that a women gets share from different sides,
Fathers' property,
Husband's property,
Son's Property.

while man can only have share from Father's property...Ior brother's property if he hasn't got any spouse or children...s it clear???

For women not allowed to do work and go outside....you are extremely wrong.. Islam never allowed women to confine at homes, they are even allowed to offer prayers in mosques. But they are not made compulsory to do so as their domestic duties are declared important for them.

There is a great logic behind this. Women are mostly more emotional than men and sometimes their emotions overcome their ability to express truth. The Scholarly Article below would strengthen the fact.

I am quoting a source "Non Islamic" which would be more acceptable to you rather than one having Islamic perspective.

It is very easy to call Islamic laws inhuman but for me our creator knows what is best for us. We have sufficient proof on the ground to accept that Our Lord has perfect system designed for us whether we like it or not...

It is all up to us how we take the message of our Lord. For you it is clear offense when you read about toughness of Islamic laws and for us it is a guiding light and source of satisfaction that our Lord is so great that his laws are so perfect that cannot be proved wrong even if the disbelievers do their best.
