Defense Of Moral Implications Occurs Only When Defending Good

In neither circumstances were moral attitudes regarding defending innocent populations actually considered; the stone indecency of a murderous attitude of an indifferent leadership seeking to realign the rationale of intolerance towards those populations that do not conform to some perception of competing ideologies is somehow a reason to resort to elimination without true moral assessments; being hidden unmitigated hatred.
Since the Russian stamp is behind both the Syrian and Ukranian efforts of ethnic cleansing, where does any sense of morality actually occur: from the North?
Neither does it measure up from the Oriental or the Occidental aspect.
