The Russian reiterated his intentions towards the eastern segments of the Ukraine, thinking evidently that he is entitled to subvert its citizenry (as had been done during the Stalinist and subsequent Soviet remodelling of the demographics of the Donbas (Zaporozhia, Luhansk, etc.); and as if there were any misinterpretations of those intentions, going nuclear in a way that would make the Iranian Islamic Regime's power thirst for atomic parity look miniscule by comparison: what is one ready to think? The only answer here is akin to the American (though it is highly likely it is a borrowed phrase from times past), waiting to see who will blink first.
It is akin to playing "chicken." The only problem is, who is the "fox" in the chicken pen and who will really be revealed as the predator and who are the prey. This will not end up being a replay at Kursk: Europe had better realize that scenario cannot be engaged without a greater penalty for all concerned.
