Examining Multiple Ambitions of Empire to Determine Superior Posturing for Global Dominance

It is intriguing that Dr. Pipes reposts the photo of the Russian meeting with his global dominance counterparts in Bishek to underscore the apparent losing battle of democratic governance worldwide in the face of totalitarian schemes wrapping the globe, kind of like posting in the post office the rogue's gallery of global threats just barely containing themselves in restraint of imposing tryanny for all to be noticing and being afraid.
For the record, they themselves should be careful that their pride of life ambitions are going to be challenged in a way no mere mortal can ever challenge and survive. Just ask any of their predecessors-oh wait, we can't; now can we?
