Russian, Iranian Islamic Regime, Revived Ottoman Sultantate Prepping for Paradigm Shift in ME

This observer was scanning the events that can potentially alter the futures of so many in the Middle East environment, not the least of which is the expansion of the ambitions of empires this observer keeps seeing; and now, what is being reported as being imminent, which see:
[With the war in Ukraine still raging, Russian President Vladimir Putin travels Tuesday to Tehran for talks with his Iranian and Turkish counterparts on the Syria conflict.]
Does anyone else have a differing expectation as to the result now that it is alluded that a nuclear Iranian Islamic Regime can claim nuclear parity? Does this not set a restaging of the Syrian conflict and how al-Assad does not appear invited to the games he is hosting? The proxy paradigm is shifting and no one appears from the West (EU,UN, NATO?), especilly after the absentee visit of the 46th American Administrative Chief Executive in which a lot of effort to export the do nothng attitude brought the non-existent results. Anyone suprised here?
