Here are the real reasonsReader comment on item: Pope Benedict XVI and the Koran Submitted by truth-teller (China), Oct 18, 2008 at 10:05 Mr Pipes,i don't know really where you get those information from,i bet you have never been out of your country to an Islamic nation to find out what Islam really is....if you have time someday and you really wanna know the truth about Islam that is differently wrongly given to you by some scholars who do not really have a clue about the whole holly matter, just get on a plane and head the middle-east or any islamic country and search for the strong accurate references about the beautiful Islam! if you think that Islam got much contradictions ,then why Christians and other people following other religions convert to it??do you think they're stupid or dumb?or do you think you are the only one who notices the contradictions?...As you definatelly know,Christians leave their religion and follow Islam because there are more than 100 contradictions in its holly book!! !which means that was humanly edited!!and the human mind is nothing comparing to the whole universe which is just a little part of Allah's creation....when people well, (Christians)get conscious about the contradictions existing in their religion they authomatically think of moving to an acccurate religion that makes sense...they don't become jewish because they already know the truth about that religion, and some of them they absolutely don't choose Atheism as a solution COZ THEY ARE GONNA BECOME MORE LOST and eventually soulless!!!so what's left? Islam of course!! the last skyful religion sent by Allah (God) the most peaceful beautiful religion with an accurate holly book that never got frauded or humanly edited!!and eventually got no contradictions !!!...by the way,the Islamic historical books you have out there have nothing to do with the real truth existing in the heavy references that you claim you know!! GE 4:15, DT 32:19-27, IS 34:8 God is a vengeful god. GE 4:16 Cain went away (or out) from the presence of the Lord. GE 6:4 There were Nephilim (giants) before the Flood. GE 6:6. EX 3:20-22, DT 20:13-17 God instructs the Israelites to despoil the Egyptians, to plunder their enemies. EX 4:11 God decides who will be dumb, deaf, blind, etc. EX 9:3-6 God destroys all the cattle (including horses) belonging to the Egyptians. EX 12:13 The Israelites have to mark their houses with blood in order for God to see which houses they occupy and "pass over" them. EX 12:37, NU 1:45-46 The number of men of military age who take part in the Exodus is given as more than 600,000. Allowing for women, children, and older men would probably mean that a total of about 2,000,000 Israelites left Egypt.
