Since you have mentioned "Banu Quraiza", lets talk about it.

When Prophet Muhammad became the leader of Medina, he issued a law that is "Medina Pact". Where he stated, that it doesn't matter from which tribe you are and which religion you follow if Medina is attack you will all be responsible for protecting it. All people dwelling in Medina signed the pact. In the battle of trench when Medina was attacked by the Meccans, Jews not all jews, who aided the Meccans in order to remove Muhammad's leadership of Medina. Jews who aided the Meccans also signed the "Medina Pact", surely they have broken the treaty. Meccans failed to seize Medina and they left leaving the Jews behind, Those Jews who have aided the enemies.

Jews broke the Secular law, "Medina Pact". Since they have broke the law, the trial was set up. On the other hand "Banu Quraiza" didn't wanted to be judge by the Muhammad because they did not beleived him as messenger of God. So they wanted to be judge a someone of their own tribe. Prophet Muhammad agreed to it. So a man stood up who is from the tribe Banu Quraiza, he was deadly wounded in the battle of trench, he said " All men should be killed and women and children would be sold as slavery".

Don't forget, they wanted to be judged by their people. Indeed they were judged. Since you have written, "After all the Prophet himself took one of them, Rayhana I believe, as a concubine." You beleive that many people like you can believe that, but not a fact. Those Jews who supported the Medina Pact, left unmolested and dwelled in Medina in peace. There were Jews who fought and died to protected Medina. Their families were supported by the whole community. You qoute verses from Qur'an in a random.

Read the Qur'an fully, surely you will learn many things. You have brought numerous research telling muslims massacred non muslim. It that was so, let me tell you one thing, India was ruled by Mughals for approximately 500 years. They could have turned every hindus and christians to Islam by the point of the sword. Today in India 80% are non muslim. this shows us Islam was spread by the point of the sword. You wrote that our holy scripture is very very small in number.

Do you know why your scripture is greater in number? The answer is human fabrication. Western & European historians, not all but many made up history and taught in Schools. Let me tell you something, in France school students were taught that the author of Holy Qur'an is Muhammad. However in my country where muslim percenteage is highest, never taught our children that the author of Bible is the Scholars of Constantine. When they grow up they find it by themselve. Palestinians were Massacred at Jenin Refuge Camp. Every day modern F-16 flies over Ramallah and bombing schools, hospital even at the mosque and church. Lebanon was attack twice. Thousands of women, children left dead. A simple man who came back after visiting tel aviv and ramallah, can say who is suppressing who.
