So wot are you trying to prove? that muslims also rape? People of all nationality and religions have their own share of criminals. Also all the cases you mentioned happened in italy. only shows how 'effective' your system is(a girl was raped for 14(!!) hours?!!!)

A reasonable person would work hard, and as all humans are created equal, he' ll succeed. if not(bad luck) then he can take donations, zakat, sadhqah or even beg.

There are other ways to go to prison

You should have PROOF of crime. So this wont happen.

Muslims should do all that. Give zakat, sadhkah of different types, gifts, donations, job etc.
Till the time the poor are accepting this, they can work hard and earn for themselves. Also Islam commands the rulers of a muslim state, to take care of their ppl. If they die hungry or are denied their rights and justice, the leaders will also be held responsible. If countries can spend billions of Dollars for arms why not use it to fight poverty?

You have to understand dear Italian, that every religion has it share of criminals. christians also kill, abuse, torture steal and rape(Abu Ghareib, Holocaust etc)
