Our dear Aamir says that "your god and our god are same! This is not what the Qur'an really says

Our dear Aamir who cannot read Arabic and has to depend on poor translations is quoting Q29:46 so let us see what it really says

1. wa Qulu aamana biladhi anzala iliana wa anzala ilikum

Or:

1. and say (plural) (and here is your bonus for today this cannot be Allah saying to Muhammad the usual Qul or say (s) this must be the words of Muhammad addressing his minions as the word here is qulu or say (plural and not qul (s). So much for the Qur'an being the word of Allah) we believed (read as believe) in what was revealed to us and revealed to you

2. wa ilahina or and our God

3. wa ilahukum or and your God

4. wahid or one

5. wa nahnu lahu muslimoon or to him we are Muslims (and no it does not mean surrendering because the arabic word would have been Mustaslimuun and a very different word)

So your Arabian God is saying:

And say (plural which means these were not the words of your Allah because he was only addressing Muhammad with the word qul) our God and your God (is) one

Do you know what this means?

1. It means that the Quran is really saying that ahl al-Kitab (see the begining of the aya) have one God and the Muslims have one God.

2. It does not say that the one God of ahl al-kitab is the same God as that of the muslims. If the Qur'an would have said:

wa ilahuna wa ilahukum NAFS al-WAHID

Or

and our God and your God is the same one

You would have had a case but this is not what the Qur'an is really saying.

3. More damaging to your case if Christians and Muslims have the same God then congratulations our dear Aamir Jesus is your Allah. But again the Qur'an really says that Jesus is God.

4. Even damaging to your case is that the likes of our dear Karen Armstrong the wannabe historian believes that the Hindus are also part of ahl al-Kitab. So congratulations our dear Aamir but Lord Krishna and Lord Rama are your Allah

How come you did not know that? So our dear Aamir is your Allah the same God as our God or did you change your mind?
