Yes there were many reasons, including American foolishness in thinking they can remake the world in their image by force of arms, but the most important ones are found in the Koran.

Of course they had justification. Justification from the Koran. It tells them to go forth heavily or lightly armed (box cutters) to fight the infidels. It tells them Allah guarantees them, yes guarantees them, paradise for killing and getting killed for Islam. You know the verses, Moderate Muslim. They were probably angry but they were not foolish, they KNEW they were going straight to paradise without even having to wait for judgment day.

Moderate Muslim, have you heard of the word DENIAL. You have just given us a perfect demonstration of what the word means. You are saying that all the verses quoted here directly from the Koran of casting terror into unbelievers, cursing and abusing unbelievers is crap. Yes it's this high explosive crap from the Koran that was filled in the heads of the terrorists that brought down the towers.

Again denial. Why are westerners killed and threatened for using their right to freedom of speech in their own countries. Theo van Gogh. Salman Rushdi. The Danish Cartoonists. Why are there calls for Sharia in Canada? Why is there a Muslim parliament in Britain? Why do Muslims demand Islamic laws in India.

Have you heard of CAIR and what it wants to accomplish in America. Are you in dar al Islam or in dar al harb. If according to Islam you are in dar al harb what is your Islamic duty?

Moderate Muslim have you asked yourself why is it that no other religions have to defend their religion the way Muslims have to. How come Buddhists, Hindus, Christians or any other religion doesn't keep whining about how their religion is misunderstood, mistranslated etc.

Only Islam seems designed for hijacking by terrorists. Isn't that a failure of the religion. Have you ever asked yourself that simple question instead of this childish complaint of being hijacked by a few and Islam being misunderstood.

Have you ever considered the fact you moderates are the ones who are trying to hijack the religion of the terrorists. An unbiased reading of the Koran will convince you that the people you call terrorists are the ones proudly holding aloft the banner of Islam. The Koran in so many places says Allah instills terror into people's hearts and minds. The prophet says he was made victorious with terror. Gazwas and wars are part of the prophet's sunnah.

Moderate Muslim don't use the terrorists' religion in your name and try to make it sound moderate.

In six years your memory seems to have been wiped clean of the images of Muslims celebrating all over the world. We saw the joy on the faces of quite a few of those billions when the towers came down.

This is typical of moderate Muslims. They can remember in great detail what people of other religions did to them. The history they remember has a large number of blank pages in it. Like what the crusaders did is known to all Muslims. But what led to the crusades is an area of darkness in their minds. Their eyes do not penetrate there. They can tell you how horrible the Hindu rulers were to their own people. But they can't remember what Muslims did in India for a thousand years.

That prayer of yours just goes to show your poor knowledge of Islam. You are going against the tenets of Islam by praying for non-Muslims

And is there any non-Muslim who is not a companion of the fire?
