Dear Readers: again this is beyond our dear "Robert"' madrassa education:

Ancient Egyptians used a system of numbers/numerals in building and accounting and surprise, surprise they also had a symbol for zero called nfr this was 1760 BCE or more than 2000 years before the Arab invasion of the Middle East
