Bingo! Dr. Pipes' conclusion describes the premise of how "Moderate Muslims" will be able to help bring about the change that all Muslims are obligated to work toward; coerce non-Islamic societies to accommodate and ultimately submit to Islamic ways. It is happening in Europe and taking root within all non-Islamic countries whose open-door policies make the host governments and citizens quite vulnerable to change from within.
