Mansoor: On viruses and 9:111

This reply of yours is really not worth answering, being full of personal attacks. You seem not able to come up with coherent replies to most of the queries posted here.

My mind is not so much full of poisonous viruses as poisonous verses which I read in the Koran. 9:111 is my favourite poisonous verse. Muslims reading it get injected with the mental virus creating in them a desire to kill or be killed for the sake of a phantom being. At least this is one verse that is very clear in a generally unclear book.

I have time to kill and I enjoy my study of the Koran. Show me something I have said that makes me look foolish.

I did not make them look imbalanced, they are imbalanced. For instance: in one place the Koran says there is no compulsion in religion 2:256 and in another place that no religion except Islam is acceptable to Allah 3:85. Or you can be friendly with umbelievers in one place and then elsewhere they are to be shunned. I could go on.

I expect you mean the full capability and not authority (if you mean authority then Allah cannot possibly question our actions later).

But what can the poor Muslim do when he sees contradictory verses like the ones about befriending/not befriending the people of the Book,or the one about there being no compulsion yet asking everyone to become Muslim.

This is one thing that you keep banging away at i.e. the consequences of denial. You have yet to explain why denial of this Allah is such a humongous crime as to require eternal torture.

It is a serious point. Why does Allah go about cursing and abusing people He does not like instead of ending their lives and start torturing them immediately. By railing at unbelievers instead of striking them down immediately Allah is only demonstrating his impotency. The verse cursing Abu Lahab and his wife is a case in point (Surah 111).

A challenge from Allah to the Jews to commit suicide and see what is in store for them? They were not foolish enough to do that to please Muhammad. And you call that Allah's proof that Jews will never ask for their own death. LOL. I can prove to you that you that the overwhelming majority of Muslims will not commit suicide to prove to me that there is life after death.

The guidance in the Koran also includes verse 9:111. And those who believe in it will certainly perform according to its guidance and aim for the straight path to paradise (remember Mohammed Atta and his gang).

Why did Allah take such a long time to realize that His words can be corrupted by his own creatures and took action only in the 7^th century to guard His word?

The Sikh granth Sahib was just an illustration to disprove a claim of yours. If I had made up an imaginary example you would reject it. I did not disparage the Sikh holy scripture in any way. You are the one doing it by saying it is not divine. For the Sikhs it is divine.
