Victory: "Lebanon, Israel reach 'historic agreement' on maritime borders"

It is not easy to spell out the conditions, or the means, for Israel's "Victory."

For example, consider this event that was announced today on the Web:

It appears that TIME is on Israel's side. The current "Generation Z" Women of Iran have commenced a (at least a Fashion) Revolution. This may have weakened the hand of Hezbollah in Lebanon. Of course, the economy of Lebanon is a devastator, and any money Lebanon can procure from Gas in the Mediterranean makes it less dependent on Iran's gas or oil.

The situation is much more complex. However, the consequence of this deal is that the de facto (not de jure) boundary (as opposed to border) between Israel and (at war) Lebanon has been agreed upon regarding the Mediterranean Sea.

This is a good example of how complex it is for Israel to achieve Peace - which is the "compliment" of Victory.
