War as the last (and not the first) resort.

Dear Readers: We should never forget that war should always be available as the last resort. Indian PM also said the same thing recently. Also, behind every war, there should be a pathway to peace. One fundamental problem with Muslim wars is that they do not have a pathway to peace. Quran openly farms out violence to all believers. So, to end violence you must negotiate with every individual warrior. That is very very difficult to do.
