Regarding the Crime of Genocide and the Unhappiness of Palestinian Antisemites

Reader Farid's indignation is important to study - for missing the issues involved.

First of all, Antisemitism is just Racism against Jews or Israelis who are Jews. It may differ from other instances of Racism, such as the Racism experienced by African Americans, but it is still a form of racism.

But and attack on Israel and Zionism is something more - it is the denial of Israelis to exist, and that is advocacy of Genocide. Israel, of all places, the national home of the Jewish People who survives the Holocaust for what reason or means, need not tolerate the advocacy of Genocide - and it need not wait until the Crematories are built.

In addition a state or country obviously requires Loyalty and not Treason of its Citizens or Subjects (of a Kingdom). The remedy for Treason is harsh in most jurisdictions.

You cite an Arab citizen of Israel, as I understand you post. Unlike other jurisdictions Israel does not have Capitol punishment. But it has another solution if the Knesset of Israel can pass the implementing laws. Hamas rules Gaza, and I do not think Israel will wish to keep Gaza as part of Israel. According, an Arab (Palestinian) Citizen or Legal or Illegal Resident of Israel can be Deported to Gaza after being stripped of his or her citizenship or residency right under law and due process.

Even if there is no two-state solution, Gaza is not a place a Israeli Jew will want to live anytime soon, and it is an excellent place where an Israeli or Palestinian Arab can "happily" live "free of Jews." And it bis not necessary to wait for the so-called two-state solution.

Even in the West Bank and Jerusalem where Genocidal Arabs live and do their best to murder or kill Jews in the name of "Resistance" and cannot see why they cannot be Deported to Gaza which is Palestine. Countries all over the world Deport people for legal reasons involving foreigners who commit crimes against the country.

And if such Arabs refuse or do not wish to be deported to a part of their "homeland" (Palestinian Gaza) perhaps Israel can give then a choice of Immigrating to a neighboring state such as Jordan, Syria, or Iraq, etc., or even some Muslim majority country. And by the way, these countries already sent their Jews to Israel with whom the Palestinians to not wish to live in the "Zionist entity" as it is called by non-Jews.

Perhaps a fair-skinned Israelis Arab may not wish to live in Morocco or Yemen because the skin there is too dark. So he (or she) can choose another.

In addition, maybe Europe can choose a settlement home for such Palestinians among the 6,000,000 vacancies created by the Holocaust?
