Dear Dr. Daniel Pipes,

I think (again) that you underestimated President Trump based on his personality.

Instead, I think you should have look at one of close people he appointed to engineed the Abraham Accords, namely JASON GREENBLATT.

Here he is again discussing Biden's failing policy regarding the Gulf States:

It is unfortunate that the murder/execution of (Muslim Brotherhood Jamal Khashoggi in the Saudi Embassy in Erdogan's Turkey failed our Democrats in seeing the bigger picture of - for example - MBS letting Saudi women drive cars and restricting the Morality Police in their power to make arrests. It's Realpolitiks (Kissinger again).
