In a word, Reader Robert's contention of Providence is answered: yes.
How, in world that appears to be running headlong into calamities of its own devising, does one make an assertion that somehow, some way, things seem to be randomly coursing towards the abyss; and yet, events such as an unlikely decision made by an unlikely individual, placed in a frame of time, in an antithetical situation, purports to accomplish that which, in and of itself, seems impossible. Of such is Rishi Sunak; who while, as such a completely different individual as the 45th American Administrative Chief Executive, makes a move that is antithetical to the cause and perceptions of the Anglican community, did exactly as the Holy Scriptures required. The ghosts of Westminster Abbey must be rolling over in anguish.
The Divine Sovereign of the Kingdom of Israel has made His intentions clear.
