A new nuisance that has recently occurred. Young Arabs recently started doing this trend on intercity roads in our country. In my opinion, this is a new type of nationalist terrorism against Jews, because they did not have the courage to do it in their own village...

The Arab is holding two phones. One is recording his scene, with the other, he turns on flash light to blind drivers on a main road, as soon as there us an impact on a driver, he laughs about it.
