So, Reader Prashant's allegation of hypocrisy has a deeper sensibility of who is racially separated from their roots and who are steeped in their roots, such as the Israeli sons of Jacob.
Remembering that Islam being the latecomer in religious divisiveness, sought to replace first, the Jewish relaince upon the Hebrew Hly Writ; then by extension, the later manifestation of loyalty to the Messiah, now diffused by Gentile misunderstanding of who the Gospel represented, the Jewish believership, or the Gentiles.
In its attempts to become the replacement religion for all other religious endeavors, Islam sought to separate true belief from the Hebrew Scriptures before all others. Division by race was easy then, the Jewish populations already singled out and the Gentile adherence to the Messiah converted to Jesus, the Christ.
In irony, the divisiveness remained so much so that when considering who the al-Madhi is, is that entity Shiite or Sunni; in another words, is the al-Madhi Semitic or non-Semitic? Anyone?
