Our dear Samer and the Qur'an is the most forged book and here is my evidenceReader comment on item: The Enemy Has a Name Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Aug 9, 2008 at 12:27 What a joke. The most corrupted book must be that opaque revelation called al-Qur'an and I will give you a few examples: 1. Variant traditions as in the "two gardens" tradition is indeed evidence that we have mutiple authors for this opaque revelation For the readers: variant traditions is a term coined by Wansbrough. The reader of the Qur'an will realize early on that Allah is in the habit of repeating himself ad nauseum. The Ulama's explanation was it is all in the "reasons for revelations." Now Wansbrough believes that this is the result of "independent, possibly regional traditions incorporated more or less intact into the canonical compilation." So much for the word of Allah. 2. If we turn to Qur'an 53:32 (surat al-nijm) even if you do not know any Arabic you will realize that this aya is indeed out of place and is indeed no more than Quranic literary corruption and the Ulama ealy on realized that this aya is indeed a problem 3. Now let us turn to Surat al-Fatiha in Ibn Mas3ud's codex you will not find it and the reason is al-Fatiha is not part of the Qur'an because it must be a prayer by some Muslim and cannot be the word of Allah as it lacks the word qul or say. After all Allah cannot be the composer of a prayer to himslef unless he is indeed vain. 4. If we turn to the word MLK in Surat al-Fatiha and the rasm of the word is MLK. Now if we turn to the 1923-1924 Cairo Qur'an we will find it written as: MaaLiKi or the owner of and Now if we trun to the 1969 Tunisian Qur'an the same word is read as: Maliki or the king of. Well the conclusions are: A. The word MLK is either maaliki or maliki and it cannot be both B This means that the Ulama had no clue what this opaque revelation is really syaing C. This did not stop the Ulama from making things up and in the process corrupted not just the spelling of the word but also the meaning of the word 5. The Qur'an claims to be a book written in 3Arabi faseeh or good and clear literary Arabic which is far from the truth and case in point is ina hadhan lasahiran and for the readers this is poor Arabic garmmar. And do you know what this means? Allah is supposed to know his Arabic but in this case he did not which to me means that this was made up by a person who was really ignorant in Arabic grammar which means that this cannot be the word of Allah the Arab but nontheless it is in the Qur'an 6. Oh I love this one: So Allah tells us that he gives Jesus al-BYNT which was edited by the ulama as: al-BaYaNaaT as it seems that Allah had no clue about the long vowel alif in Arabic and the short vowel fatha 7. Allah tells us that the Trinity is: Allah, Jesus and Mary which is bogus 8. Allah tells us that the Jews regard Ezra as the son of God which is bogus 9. Allah plagiarizes the profane literature of the Greeks and the Syrians as in the story of "the seven sleepers of Ephesus" and "the Romance of Alexander" and from the Zoroastrian book Arta Viraf (and makes it the story of al-isra'a wa al-mi3raj" buraq and all) and call them the words of Allah. I call this palgiarism 10. There are words in the Qur'an that have no meaning and no one has a clue not back then and not now about their meaning and eg: Ilaf in Surat Quraish and abaeel and sijeel in Surat al-Feel and oh my favorite is kalala in surat al-baqara oh and those strange letters at the begining of some sura (see Q17) 11. And why would the authors of the Qur'an use Syriac words (eg: Ruum and Sirat and FRQN) when we have similar Arabic words unless Allah was a Syriac speaker or the authors of the Qur'an were Syriac speakers so which one is it? 12. Oh I like this one : in the Qurnaic story plagiarized from Greek and Syriac literature called the story of ahl al-kahf or the seven sleepers of Ephesus we are told that the name al-Raqeem is really the name of their dog. I thought that dogs are unclean and haram in islam. But wait: It is very clear that the word RQYM (as was suggested by Jaffery) could very well be Decius and in Syriac the word would be Deqys now the letter dal could be read as the letter reh and we have the qaf and yeh and the seen at the end will could very well be read as meem et voila we have a Syriac name that is corrupted in Arabic. So much for the uncorrupted Qur'an 13. And if the readers think for a minute that the names of the Quranic suras came with the Arabs from the Hijaz then think again and here is an example: Q105 is called Surat al-Feel but if we turn to Tabari he calls it: Surat alam tara. What a joke Oh and these are only a few examples from the confused and cofusing book called al-Qur'an Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
